Customer must place order at least 2 weeks in advance (depends on the volume of the order). Deposit must be placed for all orders on the date of agreement between customer and Chocolate Creations For You. It is non-refundable and must be 50% of the volume of your order (no exceptions). Deposit will go towards your purchase.
You may cancel your order at any time although deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date if the order was cancelled within 72 hours notice prior to date of the event. Any cancellation made after 72 hours before the event will not qualify for refund.

We ship nationwide. $29 overnight shipping for orders $135+
Due to perishable nature of our product, our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This is to ensure freshness of our product. We use FedEx for shipping so we are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes and APO addresses.

As a small business that relies heavily on your support and understanding we can not accept any returns since our products are consumable and perishable. We do our best to package your chocolates/treats so that they arrive safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any melting or damages your chocolates/treats that may occur after delivery.
